  The customer service this locksmith had was amazing, I wish it was like that everywhere. they really showed that they cared and were willing to help me and give me the best service.   I was very satisfied with the work that they did on my doors. The technician had the materials with him and was able to come out and finish the job within about a half hour of my call. Other companies I called wanted me to schedule an appointment almost a week ahead so they could order parts! Professionals and great - faster than ordering a pizza - and a they did a wonderful job!

  My cousin got a new apartment and I told her the lock on the door doesn't look too secure. So we called a few places to get an ideal, but she need a new lock. We went with total bay. The locksmith came and put in a very nice, secure lock. We were all happy, because we bill it to the owner :)

  some what difficult time getting a key cut for my boyfriend's porsche. he lost the key at work, the dealer was just out of the question and others refused to even consider. rna took on the responsibility and came through. they even cut an additional key cut for half the price of the dealer!

  Recently we moved to a new house and we asked this locksmith company to replace locks on all the outside doors. We scheduled an appointment and had to reschedule it 2 times because of some problems with the closing process. This locksmith company demonstrated professionalism and understanding with our situation, they did everything they could to comply with our schedule and eventually came on time, did a very good job replacing locks and at an affordable price. It is nice to have companies that put the customer’s needs first.

  can not say enough positive things about This locksmith company. My girlfriend and I went to them based on the internet - and they were wonderful. The service was very responsive, patient and fair . If you have find yourself locked out of house, give them a call, they are open 24 hours, we even got a real customer service person at 1 in the morning!!

  Great service, excellent work, fair prices. What more can you ask for! I was very happy with their responsiveness. They rekeyed all of the locks throughout my home and they worked much better and smoother than before. I got new keys and better working locks. I would definitely use them again and I recommend him to anyone in need of a locksmith!

  Our lock was not working and we couldn't open our door. The guy from this locksmith company dashes over in 30 minutes and with a bit of time and effort, did a door repair, with a new lock and a better one (high security as opposed to a deadbolt). He was professional, courteous, and the fee was very reasonably priced, especially considering it was an emergency service call. We were really pleased and would definitely use him again in the future

  I locked my keys in my car so I called Available Locksmith for their automotive locksmith services. The technician was there to see me in only 25 minutes and was handing my keys back to me only 10 minutes after that.
